You're not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries, we make returning easy for you.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days. These 14 days start from the moment you receive the product. Although it is not required by law to provide a reason for the return, we do appreciate it if you let us know why the product was not to your satisfaction.

We do ask that you complete the return form and send it with your return shipment, together with the packing slip. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. The return costs for returning the order are at your own expense. 

Exceptions:
Some products fall under the exceptions. You probably understand that you cannot return the following items:

  • Food products (related to hygiene and food safety). 
  • Seasonal items (items that cannot be sold outside the season). 
  • Products purchased on sale due to a short shelf life 
  • Loose packaging materials such as cake, cupcake or candy boxes and bags. These are hygiene items and cannot be returned, provided they are in a closed outer box or bulk packaging. 

Insufficient postage: 
We do not accept returns of shipments that do not have sufficient postage. These shipments will therefore be refused. 

Have you received defective or damaged packaging? 
If you have received an item that is defective, damaged or incomplete, you can choose to return or replace the item free of charge. Please contact our customer service and they will provide a suitable solution. 

I have received products that I did not order, how can I return them? 
If you have received an item that you did not order, you can choose to return or replace the item free of charge. Please contact our customer service and they will provide a suitable solution. 

What costs will I receive when returning? 
If you return your complete order, you will receive a full refund. If you return part of your order, you will only receive the purchase amount of these specific items back. 
The costs for returning the order are at your own expense. 

How long will it take for my refund to be processed? 
Once we have received your return, we will process the refund as quickly as possible. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order. The amount will be refunded in the same way the original transaction was made. Returns are possible if the product is complete, free of signs of wear and in unopened packaging. Isn't this the case? Then unfortunately we cannot accept the return. 
The costs for returning are at your own expense. Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange products. The product can be returned and then you can place a new order.
