Product information "Isomalt 450g "
Isomalt is an artificial sweetener that can withstand high temperatures, making it suitable for melting and remoulding. Because it remains clear in colour - unlike sugar - it can be used to make beautiful edible decorations. Isomalt can be coloured.
Instructions for use: Heat in a suitable container in the microwave or a pan to 180° C until it melts. You can now process it in silicone moulds or shape it further.
