Isomalt is an artificial sweetener that withstands high temperatures, making it ideal for melting and reshaping. Because it remains clear in color – unlike sugar – it is perfect for creating beautiful, transparent edible decorations. The isomalt can optionally be colored for extra creative effects.
Instructions for use: heat the product in a suitable container in the microwave or in a saucepan to approximately 180°C until it is completely melted. It can then be processed into silicone molds or further shaped by hand.
