With the Tasty Me pears & chocolate cake mix, you make a delicious chocolate cake with the soft sweet taste of pear.

Gluten-free - lactose free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats

Essentials:

For 1 cake:

300g mix, 90g soft butter and 150g eggs (3 pieces mt M). Lactose-free recipe: replace the butter with 90g of seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed), bowl, mixer, cake tin (round approx 18cm or rectangular approx 22cm).

Preparation:

Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 160°C). Mix the mix, butter/oil and egg for approx. 3 minutes on medium speed to a thick, smooth batter. Place in the centre of the oven and bake for about 50 minutes. Check by inserting a toothpick into the centre and see if it comes out clean.

Ingredients:

Sugar, rice flour, maize starch, cocoa powder, dehydrated pears 5%, humectant: E420; dark chocolate chips 2.5% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOJA lecithin, flavouring); emulsifiers: E475, E471; flavouring, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates; salt, thickeners: guar gum, sodium carboxymethylcellulose; acidity regulator: glucono-delta-lactone. For allergens, see bold ingredients. May contain traces of: milk protein, egg, and nuts.

Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
