- Biscuit/sponge cake mix gluten free 
- Creme chantilly mix 
- Drip your cake chocolate red 
- Sugar decoration mini sugar hearts 50g 
- Edible gold jar 2g 
- Sprinkle mix pink 65g 
- Cake topper double heart gold 
- Nozzle 13mm 
Follow the biscuit/sponge cake mix recipe for a Ø26cm cake. 
Bake the sponge cake approx. 35-40 minutes at 175°C (165°C convection oven) until done. Remove the cookie cake from the oven and let it cool. 
Follow the recipe for the creme chantilly and let it stiffen extra in the refrigerator if necessary. 
Cut the cake in half horizontally down the middle. Remove the top of the cake and set it aside for a moment. Spread a layer of creme chantilly on the bottom layer of the sponge cake and spread it neatly. Place the top layer on top of the creme chantilly. Now spread the cookie cake all over neatly (top and side). 
We can now start decorating the cake. 
Warm the chocolate drip in hot water or in the microwave and drip the cake. 
Spoon the creme chantilly into a piping bag with a nozzle (or a plastic sandwich bag) and make nice tufts on the cake. 
Decorate the cake with the sugar decoration mini hearts, sprinkle mix pink and the edible gold. 
Complete the cake with the gold cake topper. 
This is going to be a treat!
