Make the most delicious dessert with the Tasty Me caramel mousse. Delicious in combination with the choco mousse.
Gluten-free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats
Preparation:
Mix 200g mix and 460g whipping cream for 2 minutes with a mixer until light and fluffy. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag (or a plastic sandwich bag from which you cut a small corner) and fill pretty (glass) serving dishes with it. Leave some space to add garnish. Cover the bowls with kitchen foil and put them in the fridge for several hours to stiffen. Just before serving, sprinkle grated coconut chips, chocolate flakes, or a dollop of whipped cream over the bowls for decoration and top with some fresh fruit. Tip: also combine with our Choco mousse.
Ingredients:
Sugar, dextrose, modified potato starch, maize starch, caramel (sugar, glucose syrup), coconut oil, glucose syrup, flavourings, skimmed MILK powder, salt, thickener: E466; acidity regulator: citric acid; MILK proteins, stabiliser: E340; emulsifiers: E472, E471. For allergens, see bold ingredients. May contain traces of: eggs, soy and nuts.

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
