Product information "Tiramisu mix 200g - gluten-free"
Italian tiramisu is the delicious dessert you can now easily make at home.
Gluten-free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats
Preparation:
Mix 200g mix and 500g cold whipping cream with a mixer for 4/5 minutes until creamy. Use gluten-free long fingers (approx. 200g) or gluten-free sponge cake/sponge cake for the base and middle layer. Pour 200ml of coffee syrup (or cold espresso with some almond extract) into a deep plate. Dip half of the long fingers or sponge cake into the mixture and place them coffee-side up in a baking dish. Spread half the batter over the layer and smooth it out. Repeat both steps and put the tiramisu in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle cocoa powder over the tiramisu.

Sugar, glucose syrup, coconut oil, maltodextrin, skimmed MILK powder, modified potato starch, thickener: E404; stabilisers: E450, E340; acidity regulator: E339; maize starch, MILK protein, flavourings, natural safflower flavouring, colouring: E160a; E472a, E471. The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
