The Tasty Me crème brûlée mix is the kind of dessert that instantly creates that “ooooh” moment. Silky smooth, creamy, and full of delicate vanilla flavor — exactly how you want it. And the moment you crack through that caramelized top layer with your spoon, you know: this is going to be a treat.

Ingredients:
- 200 g mix
- 340 ml milk
- 800 ml whipping cream
Preparation: mix the mix, the milk and the whipping cream in a saucepan and stir continuously while heating until almost boiling. Pour the mixture into ovenproof, low-sided dishes and leave to set in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Sprinkle the dessert with caster sugar and burn a nice layer on top with a crème brûlée burner and serve immediately. No burner? Put the dishes briefly under the grill in the oven.
