Make a delicious soft dessert with Tasty Me's mix for creme brulee.
Gluten-free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats
Preparation:
Mix 200g mix, 340g milk and 800g whipping cream in a saucepan and stir continuously while heating until almost boiling. Pour the mixture into ovenproof, low-sided dishes and leave to set in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Sprinkle the dessert with caster sugar and burn a nice layer on top with a crème brûlée burner and serve immediately. No burner? Put the dishes briefly under the grill in the oven.
Ingredients:
Sugar, glucose syrup, skimmed MILK powder, maltodextrin, dextrose, maize starch, rice starch, thickener: E1007; flavouring, colourings: E100, E160a. For allergens, see bold ingredients. May contain traces of: eggs, soy and nuts.
Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.
The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
