Baking spray for greasing baking moulds and trays.
Dubor is a global specialist for release agents for the bakery industry. Dubor has now developed a baking spray in a handy 600ml aerosol can for home use. The versatile baking spray can be used to grease baking tins, baking sheets, grill, bbq, waffle iron, panini iron, (pan) frying pan, pancake plate, oven dish, etc.
This baking spray provides protection against sticking and burning and is the most hygienic way to grease. It ensures golden frying and can be easily removed. The advantages of Dubor Boyens Baking Spray is that it is 100% vegetable-based, odourless and tasteless, allergen-free, low calorie, perfect non-stick quality and no butter is needed.
Instructions for use:
For best results, shake the spray well, spray the mould evenly upright with a distance of about 20cm (thin for best results). Process at room temperature.
The spray is very clean and hygienic to use (no more contamination on plates and grids from e.g. bristles)

Vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower), propellant: butane, propane, isobutane; carnauba wax, emulsifier: lecithin; antioxidant: strong tocopherol-containing extracts.

Do not spray into open flame or other source of ignition. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Protect from sunlight. Store in a well-ventilated place. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50° C/122° F. Keep out of the reach of children.
