This is one of those you can hardly resist. One you actually start craving before it’s even in the oven. With our Tasty Me brownie mix, you can make delicious brownies with a rich chocolate flavor, a moist texture, and a slightly crispy exterior.
Serve them with a scoop of our ice cream mixes: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, or lemon – and you’re guaranteed a hit.
Ingredients:
- 2500 g mix
- 1250 g (cream) butter
- 950 g eggs (19 pieces size M)
Preparation: make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection oven 160°C). Mix the mix, the (cream)butter and the eggs for 5 minutes at medium speed until you have a thick batter. Pour the batter into a greased baking tin. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
Baking time: 30-40 minutes.
