The Tasty Me Brownies mix is the perfect base for a brownie cake or brownie cupcakes.
Gluten-free - lactose-free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats
Preparation method:
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven 160°C). Mix 2500g mix, 1250g (cream) butter and 950g eggs (19 medium-sized eggs) for 5 minutes at medium speed until you have a thick batter. Pour the batter into a greased baking tin. Baking time 30-40 minutes.
Sugar, rice flour, cocoa powder, cocoa butter, humectant: E420; milk powder, emulsifiers: E471 (vegetable), E475; acidity regulator: E336; thickeners: E412, flavouring, stabiliser: E450. For allergens, see the ingredients in bold. May contain: eggs, soy and nuts.
Store in a cool, dry place and avoid heat sources.
The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility, enabling Tasty Me to guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20 mg/20 ppm gluten per kg. Most people with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity do not experience any symptoms from this low amount.
