Tasty Me chocolate cupcake/cake mix - for the true chocolate lover!
This mix is one of those that makes you crave it immediately.
Rich in flavor, deliciously soft, and with that full chocolate taste that is simply always good. Delicious with our super cute sprinkles, extra chocolate chunks, or just plain... because even on its own, it is hard to resist.
Ingredients:
- 1000 g mix
- 375 g butter
- 500 g eggs (10 pieces size M)
Lactose-free recipe: replace the butter with 375 g of seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed.
Preparation: make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170 °C (convection oven 160 °C). Mix the mix, the butter and the eggs in 3 minutes to a smooth batter. Divide paper baking tins into a muffin baking tin and spoon the batter into the tins with an (ice) spoon (fill to about half).
Baking time cupcakes: 30-35 minutes.
Baking time mini cupcakes (approx. 200 pieces): 12-15 minutes.
Baking time cake 20 cm: 50-60 minutes at 150 °C (convection oven 160 °C).

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
