The Tasty Me chocolate cupcake/cake mix is the perfect chocolate base for a cake or cupcakes.
Gluten-free - lactose-free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats.

Preparation: Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 160°C).

Mix 1000g mix, 375g butter and 500g eggs (10 pcs size M) in 3 minutes to a smooth batter. Lactose-free recipe: replace the butter with 375g of seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed. Divide paper baking tins into a muffin baking tin and spoon the batter into the tins with an (ice) spoon (fill to about half). Bake time 30-35 minutes. Mini cupcakes 200pcs: Baking time 12-15 minutes. Cake 20cm: Baking time 50-60 minutes at 150°C (hot-air oven 160°C).

Sugar, rice flour, corn flour, corn starch, cocoa (5%), humectant: sorbitol (E420); emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471a); raising agents: diphosphates (E450i), sodium carbonates (E500ii); thickeners: guar gum (E412), sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (E466); flavouring, salt, acidity regulator: glucono-delta-lactone (E575).
May contain: MILK, EGGS, SOY, NUTS, SESAME and MUSTERD.

Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
