The Tasty Me Cupcake/Cake mix is a real crowd-pleaser for us. It's the kind of mix that just makes you happy immediately, because it always turns out well and stays nicely neutral.
The result? Beautiful cupcakes or a delicious cake with a soft bite and that recognizable, subtle vanilla scent. With topping, filling, or just straight from the oven (because let's be honest: that happens too).
Ingredients:
- 1000 g mix
- 375 g butter
- 500 g eggs (10 pieces size M)
Lactose-free recipe: replace the butter with 375 g of seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed.
Preparation: make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170 °C (convection oven 160 °C). Mix the mix, the butter and the eggs in 3 minutes to a smooth batter. Divide paper baking tins into a muffin baking tin and spoon the batter into the tins with an (ice) spoon (fill to about half).
Baking time cupcakes: 30-35 minutes.
Baking time mini cupcakes (200 pieces): 12-15 minutes.
Baking time cake 20 cm: 50-60 minutes at 150°C (hot-air oven 160°C).

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
