The Tasty Me cupcake/cake mix is a real crowd-pleaser for us. It's the kind of mix that just makes you happy immediately, because it always turns out well and stays nicely neutral.
The result? Beautiful cupcakes or a delicious cake with a soft bite and that recognizable, subtle vanilla scent. With topping, filling, or just straight from the oven (because let's be honest: that happens too).
Ingredients:
- 400 g mix
- 150 g butter
- 200 g eggs (4 medium-sized eggs)
Lactose-free recipe: replace the butter with 150 g seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed.
Preparation: ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170 °C (fan oven 160 °C). Mix the mix, butter, and eggs for 3 minutes into a smooth batter. Place paper liners in a muffin tin and spoon the batter into the liners (fill to about halfway).
Baking time cupcakes (16-18 pieces): 30-35 minutes.
Baking time mini cupcakes (32-36 pieces): 12-15 minutes.
Baking time 20 cm cake: 50-60 minutes at 150 °C (convection oven 160 °C).

Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, starch (corn), humectant: E420 (sorbitol); emulsifier: E471 (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), E475 (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids); raising agents: E450 (diphosphates), E500 (sodium carbonates); thickeners: E412 (guar gum), E466 (carboxymethylcellulose); flavourings, salt, acidity regulator: E575 (glucono-delta-lacton).

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20 mg / 20 ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
